Brewing Recommendations:

• Gaiwan or Yixing teapot:
  5–7g / 100–120 ml / 95–98°C
  First rinse quickly, then steep 5–10 seconds and gradually increase
• Western-style:
  2–3g / 250 ml / 95°C
  Steep for 2–3 minutes
• Suitable for 8–10 infusions in gongfu style
