Zhen Xiao Zhong Tea

Zhen Shan Xiao Zhong (正山小种), internationally known as Lapsang Souchong, is one of the most historic and distinctive red teas from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, China — the birthplace of Chinese black tea.

Cultivated in the high, mist-covered valleys of the Wuyi range, this tea absorbs the mineral-rich terroir and pure mountain air. Brewing

• 5 g per 150 ml
• Water temperature: 90–95 °C
• Steep for 20–30 seconds
