Return Policy – GABA Tea House

We value your trust and want every guest to be satisfied with their purchase. However, if something goes wrong, we offer a 1-day return policy — you may request a return within one day of receiving your order.

❗️Important: We do not accept returns on tea products, whether vacuum-sealed or sold by weight. Tea is a food item, and we prioritize its safety for all customers.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be in its original condition (unused, unopened, undamaged),

  • include all tags and original packaging,

  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at gabateahouse@gmail.com, explaining the reason for your return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation.

  3. Once approved, send the item to the following address:

Jl. Lb. Sari No.7, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361

We will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send the package.

❗️Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged,

  • defective,

  • or you received the wrong item.

We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. tea, food, flowers, plants),

  • Custom or personalized products,

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products),

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

❗️Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.

✅ If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

⏳ Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at gabateahouse@gmail.com.
