Collection: Chahai — Fair Cups & Tea Pitchers

Chahai — The Sea of Tea

The chahai (茶海 — 'tea sea'), also called a fair cup or pitcher, is one of the most important vessels in gongfu tea ceremony. After brewing in the teapot or gaiwan, tea is poured into the chahai to equalize concentration across all cups — ensuring every guest receives the same quality pour. No first cup stronger, no last cup weaker.

🏺 Our Chahai Styles

  • Ceramic & porcelain — classic, neutral, insulates well
