SECTION 3 - PRODUCT DETAILS AND ACCURACY We sell tea (including loose leaf, pressed, and vacuum-packed), teaware, and accessories. While we strive to display product images and descriptions accurately, we cannot guarantee perfect representation on your screen.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY POLICY We offer free delivery across the island of Bali for orders above IDR 1,000,000.

For deliveries to other Indonesian islands, our team will contact you after checkout to confirm shipping rates via our logistics partners (J&T, etc.). Estimated delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS Please refer to our dedicated Return & Refund Policy page for full details. In general, we do not accept returns on tea products due to food safety regulations.

SECTION 6 - LOCAL COMPLIANCE Gaba Tea House operates under Indonesian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Badung Regency, Bali.
