💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We work to keep rates fair and reasonable for all of Indonesia.

📋 Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM WITA are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM WITA or on weekends are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Send a photo of the damaged item via WhatsApp or email.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products unless they are damaged or incorrect.
