Pu-erh (普洱茶) is unlike any other tea — it lives, breathes, and transforms over time. Produced exclusively in Yunnan province from ancient broad-leaf trees, pu-erh undergoes microbial fermentation that evolves its character across years and decades.

🌿 Two Paths

  • Sheng (Raw) Pu-erh — naturally aged, bold when young, extraordinarily complex when old. Floral, astringent, camphor, dried fruit
  • Shu (Ripe) Pu-erh — wet-pile fermented, smooth and earthy from day one. Dark, chocolatey, forest floor

  • Compressed cakes (饼茶) — the classic aging format
