From the Ju Shan region on Taiwan’s Bamboo Mountain (Nantou County, 600–800 m altitude), this GABA oolong is crafted from the Qing Xin Oolong cultivar. The unique terroir of Bamboo Mountain — its climate and mineral-rich soil — gives this tea a distinctive and memorable profile.

Brewing Recommendations
