Gaba Mingjian Tea

GABA Mingjian is a type of oolong tea from Taiwan, known for its high GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) content, which promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves sleep. It has a smooth, mellow flavor with fruity and nutty notes. The tea is produced by exposing the leaves to a nitrogen-rich environment during processing, enhancing its GABA levels. It's enjoyed for its calming effects and mild taste and is brewed with water at around 90°C (194°F), steeping for 2-3 minutes.

Aroma: Light floral with grassy and fresh notes.

Taste: Smooth with a slight tanginess, grassy and floral notes, and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
