From Taiwan’s Nantou region (800 m elevation), this lightly roasted GABA oolong undergoes multi-step nitrogen fermentation and traditional charcoal firing. The leaves show mixed dark and light green hues with a biscuity-spicy aroma. Known for both relaxation and focus, this tea is balanced yet powerful.
