Red Water Gaba is a refined Taiwanese GABA oolong from the Shan Lin Xi region, cultivated at elevations of 1200–1400 meters. Crafted from the Qing Xin cultivar and fermented to 65–75%, this tea reflects the humid forest climate and distinctive processing techniques of the area. Its character combines floral elegance with pastry-like sweetness, creating a warm and layered profile that unfolds beautifully across infusions.
