Red Water Gaba: Floral and Pastry Delights

Explore Red Water Gaba — an exquisite oolong grown in the Shan Lin Xi region of Taiwan's Coniferous Forest Stream Island, 1200-1400 meters above sea level. This tea captivates with its floral notes and delightful pastry-like aroma, which enhance with each new infusion.

Delicate and Sweet Aroma of Red Water Gaba

The tea leaves of Red Water Gaba have a unique spherical shape, imparting an exceptionally soft and sweet flavor to the brew. This tea contains 150 mg of GABA per 100 g, effectively easing stress and anxiety. Its calming effects are noticeable after just one cup.

Red Water Gaba, fermented at 65-75%, is made from the Qingxing oolong bush variety. Its name is derived from the region, climate, and unique technological processes that make it special and distinctive in taste and aroma.

Red Water Gaba's flavor profile features hints of floral pastries, dried apricots, exotic Madagascar vanilla, marzipan, and roasted cashews, making it especially appealing to tea connoisseurs.

Brewing Recommendations:
1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 150 ml of water.
2. Heat water to 90°C (194°F).
3. Steep the tea for 1-2 minutes for the first infusion, adding 20 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
4. Red Water Gaba can be enjoyed up to six times with the same leaves.

Choosing Red Water Gaba ensures not only a superb tea experience but also a potent relaxation aid to combat daily stress.
