Red Water Gaba is a refined Taiwanese GABA oolong from the Shan Lin Xi region, cultivated at 1200–1400 m. Crafted from the Qing Xin cultivar and fermented to 65–75%, it reflects the humid forest climate and distinctive processing techniques of the area.
