What is GABA Tea?
GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) is a natural neurotransmitter that promotes calm and reduces anxiety. GABA teas are processed in a nitrogen-rich environment, which prevents oxidation and encourages the conversion of glutamic acid to GABA in the leaf. The result is a tea naturally higher in GABA than any conventionally processed variety.
