Jasmine Tea (茉莉花茶)
A green tea base scented with jasmine blossoms. In Chinese tradition, jasmine symbolises femininity, grace, and purity — a tea historically served to women as a mark of refinement.
Light Green Tea (Longjing, Bi Luo Chun)
Fresh, grassy, quick and bright in its flavour reveal. Traditionally considered "cooling" and suited to warm climates or moments of internal "excess heat."
Young Sheng Pu-erh
Sharp, fresh, not yet softened by time — paradoxically, despite coming from the same leaf as its aged Yang counterpart, young Sheng is classified closer to Yin for its brightness and openness.
