Origin & Character
From Jia Yi County in the Alishan foothills of Taiwan (≈1000 m altitude), this GABA tea is crafted from the Hong Yu tea bush variety. Through a special assimilation process, it develops a distinctive “ruby” character with bold flavor and refined sharpness.

Taste & Aroma

  • Aroma: rich, with forest berries, dried fruits, and floral honey.

  • Flavor: velvety and slightly tart, with ripe cherries, notes of black tea, and a lingering honeyed sweetness.

  • Aftertaste: long-lasting, smooth, and bright, like a ruby glow.

Brewing Recommendations

  1. Use 5 g per 150 ml.

  2. Heat water to 90–95 °C (194–203 °F).

  3. Steep 30–40 seconds for the first infusion, adding 10–15 seconds for each subsequent infusion.

  4. Suitable for up to 10 infusions.
