Origin & Character
From Jia Yi County in the Alishan foothills of Taiwan (≈1000 m altitude), this GABA tea is crafted from the Hong Yu tea bush variety. Through a special assimilation process, it develops a distinctive “ruby” character with bold flavor and refined sharpness.
