Gaba Jiai "Ruby" Tea

"Gaba Jiai Ruby" from Jia Yi County of Taiwan Island's Jia Yi District of the Alishan Foothills, is a tea grown at an altitude of about 1,000 meters above sea level. It is made from the Hong Yu bush variety and has undergone an assamilation process, which gives it a distinctive character and flavor. This tea stands out for its unique sharpness and flavor, which can be described as "ruby".

Aroma: Rich, with notes of forest berries, dried fruits, and floral honey.

Taste: Velvety, with a slight tartness, hints of ripe cherries, black tea, and a honeyed sweetness in the long-lasting aftertaste.
