Nantou County in central Taiwan is one of the island's premier tea-growing regions. This GABA red tea undergoes full oxidation followed by nitrogen fermentation — creating a bold, honey-rich character with elevated gamma-aminobutyric acid content for deep relaxation and stress relief.
