GABA Topaz is a unique Taiwanese oolong tea, moderately oxidized (around 35–50%), and specially processed to be rich in gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a natural neurotransmitter known for its calming effects. The tea is made using a controlled oxidation process in a low-oxygen environment, which enhances its GABA content. *Aroma:* 
- Dry leaves exude notes of caramel, toffee, and brown sugar, with subtle hints of almond crunch and banana.
