Origin & Character

Originating from the misty Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, Jin Jun Mei (金骏眉) — meaning “Golden Eyebrow” — is one of China’s most prestigious and modern red (black) teas. First created in 2005 by tea master Jiang Yuanxun, it represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship in the world of Chinese black tea. Made entirely from young buds of early spring tea leaves, it delivers a luxurious and layered flavor profile that embodies both elegance and depth.

Taste & Aroma

Brewing

• 4–5 g per 150 ml of water
• Temperature: 90–95 °C
• Steep for 30–45 seconds, increasing the time with each infusion
• Suitable for up to 6–8 infusions
