Shi Feng Longjing (狮峰龙井) — or Lion’s Peak Dragon Well — is one of China’s most revered green teas, grown on the slopes of Shi Feng Mountain in the West Lake region of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. This exceptional tea represents the highest grade of Longjing, famous for its graceful flat leaves, delicate sweetness, and orchid-like fragrance.
Harvested only once a year in early spring, just before the Qingming Festival, it captures the purest essence of the season. Each leaf is hand-picked and pan-fried using traditional methods, giving the tea its signature flat shape and buttery aroma.
