Shi Feng Longjing (狮峰龙井) — Lion's Peak Dragon Well — is one of China's most revered green teas, grown on the historic slopes of Shi Feng Mountain in the West Lake region of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Harvested once a year before the Qingming Festival, it captures the purest essence of early spring.
Origin & Character
Origin: China, Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou, West Lake region | Mountain: Shi Feng (Lion's Peak)
Type: Green tea (Longjing 龙井) | Grade: Shi Feng — highest Longjing grade
Each leaf is hand-picked and pan-fried using traditional wok methods passed down through generations — giving Longjing its signature flat, sword-shaped form and the characteristic buttery aroma that no machine can replicate. The Shi Feng terroir — rocky mineral-rich soil, morning mist, and consistent altitude — produces a tea of exceptional delicacy and distinction.
