The Bingdao (冰岛, "Iceland") region is considered one of Yunnan's most prestigious puer terroirs — its ancient trees produce teas with extraordinary sweetness and hui gan (returning sweetness 回甘). With over 14 years of careful aging since 2010, this tea has developed a deep, resonant flavour with layered character — a hallmark of well-preserved Sheng Puer.

Tasting Notes

• Infusion: Light amber evolving into golden honey with age.
• Aroma: Subtle woody and herbal notes — dried leaves, moss, and wildflowers.
• Flavour: Fresh vegetal tones gradually revealing sweet wood, camphor, and mountain herbs.
• Aftertaste: Long, smooth, and slightly cooling — soft returning sweetness (hui gan 回甘).

• Amount: 5–7 g per 150 ml
• Water temperature: 90–95 °C
• Rinse: 5 seconds before first infusion
• Steeping time: 10–20 seconds, increase gradually
