Gaba Diamond is a premium variety of GABA oolong tea, most often originating from Taiwan’s high mountain regions, such as LiShan (Pear Mountain). It is crafted through a unique oxygen-free (anaerobic) fermentation process that greatly increases its content of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter associated with relaxation and stress reduction. The tea is hand-picked, typically from high elevations, and often produced from renowned cultivars like Qing Xin, giving it a refined and complex character.

Aroma: 
Gaba Diamond oolong features a sweet, inviting aroma reminiscent of dried prunes, fresh biscuits, honey, and sometimes hints of wild berries or baked goods. Some versions also reveal notes of cocoa, chocolate, raisins, and floral undertones, with a pastry-like sweetness that intensifies when brewed. 

Taste:
The flavor profile is smooth, fruity, and exceptionally sweet, often described as warm and devoid of bitterness. Key tasting notes include honey, raisins, dried plums, cocoa, and chocolate, with subtle hints of spices, cinnamon, and floral accents adding complexity.
