White tea is the most minimally processed of all teas — harvested, naturally withered, and dried. No rolling, no fixation, no oxidation. The result is extraordinary: a cup of delicate sweetness, soft florality, and luminous clarity that can only come from exceptional leaf and minimal interference.

🌿 Grades & Styles

  • Silver Needle (白毫银针) — only the top bud, covered in white down, the finest grade
  • White Peony (白牡丹) — one bud with two leaves, fuller body and more character
  • Shou Mei — mature leaves, earthy and fruity, excellent for aging

✨ How to Brew

Water at 80–85°C. 2–3 minute infusion. Cold brew overnight for exceptional clarity. Very forgiving — impossible to over-brew. One of the best teas for beginners.
